Most brands only carry shoes up to a womens size 8-9 (25-25.5cm), but tall girls usually have larger feet than this. Here is a list of stores that carries larger size lolita shoes.
Some styles of bodyline shoes are available up to size 270 (or 27cm) which is approximately a size 11 womens. From personal experience I would recommend buying a size large if possible and adding insoles or something to these shoes as they aren't the comfiest.
Antaina - Buyer Beware
I am in the process of investigating if this company is still a good site to buy from as they have recently changed owners. Antaina is a Taobao store that offers shoe sizes up to european size 47 (which is approximately a womens size 14 shoe). You can order directly from them by emailing them (their email is given on their Taobao home page), ordering through a shopping service (SS), or through a Taobao reseller such as Clobbaonline (options are much more limited here). If you email them directly they can do custom sizing, you just need to give them your foot measurement!
Custom House is another Taobao store that offers plus sized shoe options. They are also customizable but you have to go through a shopping service or reseller such as Clobbaonline to order them.
Secret Shop is another Taobao store that also has a plus sized section. The only way I know to order from them is through Clobbaonline.
This is an American shoe store that is not specifically for lolita, but they carry many shoes that are suitable for lolita such as mary janes and heels with bows on them. They offer sizes up to size 12, but I believe some of their styles can go even bigger than this. They have very unique styles of shoes that would work great for gothic or steampunk looks.
Have you heard of the Little Chili Lolita Shop? I successfully ordered some adorable shoes from there. Took an AGE to arrive, but it eventually did and the quality was excellent. I wear size US 11.

Hi there! It actually looks like that store resells Angelic Imprint shoes, which is another Taobao brand similar to AnTaiNa. I would recommend not buying from them as their prices seem inflated. You can get the same shoes much cheaper from AI itself.
